If tapping the Connect button in action centre doesn't find your Bluetooth enabled audio device, give this a try:

  • You have to make sure that your Windows 10 device supports Bluetooth Windows 10 and that is turned ON, you will find a Bluetooth Windows 10 button in action centre.
  • Make sure that the Bluetooth enabled audio device is ON and Discoverable. How you do this differ between devices, so check the information that comes with your Windows 10 mobile device or visit the manufacturer's website.

  • Make sure that your Windows 10 mobile device supports Miracast device by checking the information that comes with the Windows 10 mobile device manual or visit the manufacturer's website for more details about your Windows 10 device.
  • Make sure that your WiFi is turned ON.
  • You have to be sure that the wireless displays you want to project to support Miracast, and that is turned ON. If it doesn't you will need a Miracast adapter, it sometimes called a Dongle that plugs into an HDMI Port.
  • Make sure that your device drivers are up to date and the latest firmware is installed for your wireless display or adapter (see the Support info on the manufacturer’s website for instructions, or search the Windows Store for a manufacturer’s app to help you).
  • Restart your Windows 10 mobile device and the wireless display or adapter.
  • Remove the device by going to Start >> Settings >> Devices >> Connected devices, then, under Projectors, select the wireless display or adapter and tap Remove device and then try reconnecting.
